I have to meal prep every Sunday for the week. If I don’t I find myself eating poorly and just don’t feel prepared. Great post!

Thank you! Hopefully you can find some new inspirations within the meal plans heee and add them to your week, too!

All of these look so amazing! I’m really trying to start meal planning in my house as it’s not something I’ve tried until now. It’s really made a difference in my week actually; the amount of time I used to spend each day looking for things to make and now I just know in advance! Definitely going to be trying some of these out! The slow cooker bolognese and beef stir fry look amazing!

It really does help! Rather than standing in front of the fridge going, “what do I cook?” You actually know what’s on! I’m still working on getting better at this, but all of the recipes help!
