Review: Mummy Confessions (See Mumma Morrison's review here)
For each of the nappies in this review, both Amanda and Fi trialled them with their sons (for their profiles and an idea of how the nappies sat with each child, read Amanda’s Profile HERE)

How does it fit?
These fit brilliantly and were so soft! They fit the contours of the legs and waist well and were height enough along the back. The leg portion was the most snug fit, and I like how it seemed to have a bit more protection from leaks with the back pocket for preventing soiling explosions. The waist came a bit higher than other nappies and sat well and fitted on my baby.

How long does it last?
Day or night, these lasted so well. This is the only nappy I didn’t have any poo leaks with. It has a guard in the back that is meant to prevent them, but my baby tends to get past even that. But not so with this nappy. It lasted extremely well through the night and kept baby dry in the process. I had no wet leaks with these ones, and they seemed to hold particularly well. It lasted for 12 or so hours.

Is it good during the day time and overnight?
These nappies performed exceptionally well, both day and night. They held everything in around the clock. I would say these are a hugely benefical nighttime nappy, especially for my heavy wetter.

What is the value like? Is it worth the cost?
They do tend on the expensive side compared to even their Baby Dry counterpart, but I say they’re worth it to ensure no poo leaks and a lot more absorption. These nappies held a super full wet nappy with no complaints of leaks. I’m always changing outfits because of explosions, but these prevented those (on top of a fully wet nappy). This saves money  the long run on washing all of the soiled clothes.

Is it easy to put on and take off?
Super easy because of the tabs being straightforward and easy to open and close. The tabs are reliable and sturdy.

Are they easy to dispose of?
Very easy, even with a fully loaded nappy, the tabs hold well and allow the nappy (and mess) to stay together.

Summary of the Huggies Ultimate Nappies
Overall, I found these to be very good in performance. Bub didn’t complain as he usually does with wet Nappies, as it seemed to keep the wet away from his skin. He’s a heavy wetter, and it held that on top of a near explosion easily. They didn’t seem to upset his eczema prone skin or leave marks. The targeted absorbency is a bonus with this brand, as it definitely seems to hold where he’s wet the most. The wetness indicator was good for when he was sick and I wasn’t sure whether he was having a good output. I was very impressed with Huggies Ultimate Nappies, as I expected at least one minor leak. I have absolutely no complaints about this one, and would highly recommend this if you are after a nappy for a heavy wetter or soiler.
